Okay with out offset its up in the air. Offset will play a huge part in seen where the edge of the rim will be.
As far as just a roll and pull its still going to stick out like a sore thumb.
Oh and for losing contact patch on a streched tire, its not really true. How the vehicle sits changes the contact patch. Theres alot that goes into determining contact patch.
Adding camber for looks will affect performance, add camber for traction will help.

All I meant by losing contach patch is that obviously if you are gonna run 11 inch wheels and 275s, why wouldn't you just use 10 inch wheels......
And definitely, some negative camber helps performance, but it depends upon what aftermarket parts (i.e. how stiff) your suspension is.....if you have a realllllly stiff set up with all pillowball stuff, your not gonna gain that much camber really when you corner hard, so 1-1.5 is prolly good.
