Got a ticket for loud exhaust as part of a modified car sweep at the local high school as I was picking my sister up. The officer looked like the same guy from MTV's True Life I'm A Street Racer episode. Where can I go? Smog referee?

well at residencial punk concert venues aka the epicentre, they usualy have a guy going to specific spots to make sure the db isnt too loud for the residance, if you stop him and ask him to if you can check it during a time that there isnt a concert he'll probably let you... but other then that youd have to take it to a ref..
