picking the right turbo??

just dropped in my new motor and my car is finally coming along so now im buying all my turbo parts...im looking at the garret super 60 t04e which is what my friend thinks would be the best turbo for me...but i definitely dont want a laggy turbo, im not planning on going real crazy with motor work its going to be all stock so would it be better for me to go with the .48/.42 ar turbo?? im somewhat new to the turbo talk. any help would be appreciated.

its gunna be my daily driver so i wont really picking one thing to focus on...id like to be able to drift but only for fun not on the track so i know that would want a smaller quicker spooling turbo however id like to have some top end power. so basically...if the super 60 would spool quick enough to get some good torque even at low rpm id wanna go with that.

you can get a decent manifold from ebay they arent all bad just stay away from ssautochrome. my friend bought a manifold for his civic for a t3/t4 and it works great its a cast iron with the t3/t4 flange. fits great and hes been using it for about 3 months now and it hasnt cracked or anything it works fine. just make sure you buy from a good seller. if i find the name of the seller with the manifold im talkin about ill let you know
