It has been proven that cast manifolds are the best for turbo charging. Fewer heat restrictions to the engine bay and cast iron becomes stronger the more it is tempered in high heat. Header wrap doesnt effect cast iron, like it will with steel manifolds. www.nizzx.com makes one ot the sickest cast manifolds to date. the offer it for KA24e/de engines.
When you wrap steel manifolds in header wrap there is to much high stress and after a while the manifold will begin to show stress fractures.

Best for strength, but tubular is better for flow

I agree, this is informative

I know 4K may be somewhat expensive, but do ya'll think Nsport would have a reliable turbo being they were the one of the first and they had plenty time to work out the bugs. I know you can upgrade the injectors. Has anyone had problems with them cause I was thinking about buying this particular one along with their engine build up kits.

- all kits come with a variant of the t3 or T4 (some hybrids) with the exception of Greddy, which uses their favorite Mitsubishi brand TD06.
on what car can u find this turbo on(if any, year make and model if u know)im thinking of makeing my own custom kit.will that turbo spool good and give atleast 8 psi on the ka.also thinking of make a manifold basicly like the 1 this guy did(but with a wastegate)http://www.**********/links/installs/turbo240/240sx.htm
right now im just planing before i start throwing money at my project.

goal is the cheapest kit for daily driveing with around 210-220 rwhp

btw:if any1 has some tips or a guide on how they did their own custom kit that will meet my goals plz share them.ty.
