Greddy turbo kit...max HP/power

hey guys i am looking into a turbo kit and the greddy one seems like really nice setup. i am looking to get 300hp at the wheels..
my car has around 56K miles.

just wondering what is the potential of that greddy turbo. they dyno around 225 at the wheel with the front mount.

does any one have really good knowledge of the turbo greddy uses?

"The heart of the bolt-on turbo kit is a Mitsubishi TD06S 20G 8cm2 turbocharger " the the 8cm a good trim?

"On the dyno, the bolt-on turbo kit generated 194.6 hp and 194.9 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels at 0.4 kg of boost pressure (5.7 psi). With the front-mount intercooler option, the GReddy turbo kit produced 219.5 hp and 250.6 lb-ft of torque at 0.55 kg of boost pressure (7.8 psi). "

what would it take for me to reach 300hp?
overall is this a good turbo?

i have search but the posts are not related to my post.

The Greddy kit is a nice kit, but you will still have to upgrade to see 300 to the wheels. The turbo is capable, but you will ned the Z32 MAF, larger injectors to be safe, 550's will get you to 350, and the FMIC. You might as well put together your own kit, build it yourself. There are a lot of nice manifolds out on the market right now, ours should be out soon. Buy you a turbo, T3/T4 .63AR 50 trim, get your oil lines, buy you a fuel rail with a set of top feeds, a SAFC2, FMIC with piping setup, and either a MSD timing unit of some sort, MSD BTM, MSD6BTM, or the 7AL. Everything you need, you can get cheaper than a Greddy kit, and more power. Email me if you need some help or have any questions.

If you're not in cali dealing with CARB how is it not street legal? or how is it? you're going to have the same issues across both.... But I agree with Mr E, you can get more bang from your buck intellegently piecemealing.

hey guys great replys.. i guess i chose the greddy kit cause it looks real bling!. plus i like their turbo.. i am a newb.. i just came from a 340hp WRX

I am considering the greddy since alot of the turbo kit is like 2000. so i dont mind paying 500 more if its a tight kit.

I live in ny and there are ways to get around carb.

i will start jotting down alist of the DYI turbo kit.

DriftJke ... some help is great.

i have been following this thread and i a just wanted to point out i offer a kit that i feel is better than the greddy definently makes more torque and HP than the greddy and is alot cheaper than greddy as far as looks it looks like something more you would see in professional racing circuits. looks brutal and mean.
