downpipe help

im pieceing a turbo kit together for my 91 ka24de, and i have almost everything but the downpipe, and oil lines. ive found the oil lines on ebay, but i cant find the downpipe. everything on ebay right now is all sr. and i searched this site and all i could find is import performance has them for $209 but takes 4 weeks to get it. does anyone know more sites to find the downpipes. (stainless steel 321ss turbo manifold, hybrid t3/t4 t04e .50 compressor a/r/.70 turbine a/r, 38mm wastegate, hks bov, 24'x12'x3 intercooler with piping) and if anyone has this setup or close to it, could they post some pics for installation purposes. thanks

for your oil lines.....you can use the NOS 3an lines.....they work really good and are cheap....for the DP....your going to have to get a custom one made at your local muffler shop.......good luck with your project

alright, thanks. i talked to the performance shop today about it, and he said he could make the downpipe. he said he would install all of it for about $800. not including the safc, and injectors. i have to go to riderevolution for that because they have the dyno.

I can put the SAFC + Injectors in..........its really not hard......the injectors were more of a pain in the *** then the SAFC is

Here is your ECU Diagram......go down to the nissan section.

And here is were the SAFC wires go to in you ECU.......

SAFC Wires

^^^^^^P.S. STAY ON PAGE. 47^^^^^^

Its really not all that hard, just open the ECU Box, look at the ECU diagram that i have posted up for you, splice into the wire (And double cheack to make sure its the right on) after your done splicing all the wires into the ecu, turn on the car and make sure it works right......if it's doe right, then you can wrap up all the wires nicely with some Electrical tape, close the ecu up and your good to go, if not look at all your wire, and make sure you hooked it up to the right one, thats what the problem is 95% of the time if somthing went wrong........ I installed my Apexi SAFC and My Apexi RSM, each one only took about 30min to 1 hour, I saved myself over $150.00 for both the safc and rsm install ...........ill walk you through the injector install if you need it......just PM me if you need anything or need some more help with the SAFC..........good luck with it..............

thats very helpful. i printed it out. the injectors i can do. i didnt know how to do the safc. and if i couldnt hook that up then i wouldnt be able to put 550 injectors in. but now i should be able to. im just a little worried about the tunning part. do you think 550 injectors would be good for my set up, or should i go bigger. i also have a 75 shot of nitrous, and lots of other upgrades. im hoping to push 450hp with the nitrous. i will email you if i have a problem or question, it will be about a month because i still have to get the safc and the injectors. i have everything else. just ordered my oil lines last night. and i have to get the turbo installed. i dont have a welder, or a pipe bender, and i cant make the downpipe. i can install most of the kit but not all of it. and if i installed what i could, i wont be able to drive it to get the rest done. but i will do the injectors and safc now. thanks

just out of curiosity nick3, are you working with stock block, stock head? if so, how many miles are on the motor? you most likely are going to see some problems around 300-350. rings start popping around there, depending on how worn the motor is. believe it or not, i've seen our stock head gaskets last up to 490. But if your gonna touch the rings, you should swap the pistons, and then also rods, and bearings, and so on and so on. If your gonna swap something internally, might as well swap everything, so there's no "weak link in the chain". im trying to reach a stock block stock head 300hp range. no nitrous. my friend's s14 made 394 ft. lbs. and 320 hp. on all stock internals, 14psi, and automatic.... until he hit a boost spike on the highway, and blew the rings. good luck. remember, tuning is key!
