Hey, Thanks for the info. I'm familar with the 502 SC forum, although I haven't looked there for a while.
I think we have selected most of the bottom end components. Now I'm looking into the head work. I asked about the rocker arms in a new thread. Looks like we're on the search for oversized valves , valve springs and a decent set of cams.
