Question Wheel spacers

Can a 5mm wheel spacers be safely used on an s13 without installing longer studs?

Here are 3 mm spacers....you can also find studs on this site.

$95 bucks for a 19mm spacer??? **** i made all 4 of my 20mm spacers for $20 dollars, just got some aluminum sliced and used a laith machine for the center hole then drilled our the other 4 for the studs...and it works like a charm
