QUICK: 16x7+35 or 16x7+29?

What will sit more closer to the fender and look better on the s13?? I found some and need to decide right away.

The latter...Lower offset on same width usually means it will stick out more. I would go a lot lower on 7 inch though like at least +15

Stock width is...??? I forgot, 6 +40 offset versus 7 +29...Do the math....Im too slow at these things..I think so. If not, Spacers are your friend. Search for a lower offset like 0...

well im just getting these rims for my ladies s13, they are watanabes and im getting them because if I get tired of them they always got resale value. I am so confused on this whole offset thingy, I read the sticky on it but I just still dont get it, so what would a -5 offset look like (way to wide). So the lower the offset the more it will stick out?

This is also your

friendhttp://toy4two.home.mindspring.com/offset.html

Type in your current wheel specs and your then your new ones and it will tell you how far the will extend towards the fender and if it will clear your strut housing.

16x7+29 obviously. Both will clear coilovers.

If you have a 16x7+35 though, just put on a 30mm spacer.

I used to run 16x7+8, 16x8+13 Watanabes, perfect offset with spacer (30mm/25mm), nice and flush. As shown here, they're for sale if anyone wants them.

you had to use a spacer even with the width being big and the offset low?

16x7+38 16x8+38 clears coilovers and is suggested stock offset which is good for suspension geometry, but i spaced it to look better.

i used a 30mm on the front and 25mm on the rear. therefore the resulting offsets were the ones i listed in the other post.
