offset range?

What offset do I use. I looked through some other topics and only saw it said a few times, never explained. And what size wheel would be the best. I want to go with a 17". Also how wide can I go. And I have the eibach sportline springs, that info probley matters. Thanks

Matt

if you go with 17s there is no reason to not go with 17x9 with anywhere between a 0 and a 20 offset

Ok, cool. But where do I find wheels with that offset? I always only see 40, 45, and sometimes 35.
