Lower Rear Tie Bars for S13?

Anyone make them for the 89-94 model years?

Pass - you don't need them.

Honda's need them because they have weak *** rear suspension mounts and no rear subframes. The 240 has a significant sub frame that's not likely to benefit much from an OBX brace.

Are you talking about a rear strut bar or rear lower tie bar?

Rear strut bars are available and will add some rigidity - especially in hatches.

Rear lower tie bars correct the uniquely honda problem of flexibly floor pan between the suspension mounts, and are not readily visible.

Well I don't know if its a NY thing, but they can be seen from almost any angle when looking at a Honda from the Back, so for me that is readily available and I know for a Fact that it can be seen at some distance.

They do help out Hondas and as previously said don't know how much it would help out our 240s.

Nope.

You can get a rear strut tower brace, but real lower tie bars are specifically designed to beef up the flexible rear suspension points of some FWD cars.

The 240 has a stot rear subframe that the suspension mounts to, it also has some things like a driveshaft and differential that would prevent you from getting a straight shot across the suspension mounting points.

If you're seeing the lower rear braces on slammed Hondas, you're car may be alittle too low.
