well it depends on the amount you want to spend. if you want to autox then adjustability is good. the tokico are very good but i've good things about the AGX;s and if you got $$ coilovers are the way to go.

The Tokicos are fine if you're using the stock springs. They will wear out very quickly and not perform very well before wearing out if you're running them with lowering springs. That's what I've heard from someone who has done it - I haven't used them personally.

If you're going to drop the car, the AGX's are worth it even if you don't plan on using the adjustability.

I'm not sure about struts for 240's as I haven't personally seen any, but AGX's aren't the best for lowered cars. They have a long piston which equals short travel on a lowered car. The Tokico Illuminas are about an inch shorter which provide you with more travel. I know a lot of guys who put the Illuminas(5 ways) up front, and AGX's(8 ways) in the back. It tends to yield a pretty good setup as far as adjustability and ride go. If you plan on AutoXing then adjustables would be beneficial. Changing the settings is pretty easy...the rears you just turn a **** on the tube, and the fronts you adjust at the top with a small screwdriver. That way you can have a soft, supple ride for the street, and stiffen them up for track use.
