SUB chassis's are different. Its a huge headache to install, and quite honestly its not worth it. It does help get rid of understeer if you plan on using the car for autox or all around driving. I would just get a better steering kit, adjust toe, camber, and caster and screw HICAS its a lost cause on the 240sx.

I believe hicas was offered on some coupes in Jay pan, but you are right never in the USA... I actually was seriously considering doing this too, since I have a hicas hatch and a base coupe, I thought it would be an awesome thing to do, since I wont be dorifto-ing or anything awesome like that... but after some research it proved to be more work than I wanted to do... It's more weight, more hassle and almost impossible to get parts for brand new.. I took my car to nissan and they couldn't understand that my car needed a different power steering hose.

If you do end up doing it the FSM on steering even has a little diagram of the Hicas system. Good Luck, oh also you will probably need Nick's LSD , I know that it is indented where the Hicas rear rack mounts.
