turbo question

well i have a gt2871r with the oem looking housing that bolts right on to an SR.

i just got a screamer pipe and they have a divider that divides wastegate and exhaust gases.

ok my problem is that the turbo i have already has a divider in it so the screamer pipe wont bolt on to it unless i remove the the divider from the pipe.

well i did that and the divider on the turbo dosnt completely seal so sounds like i got exhaust leak.

my question is would it be advisable to grind down the divider on the turbo to make it work?

that would be a quick fix or i can spend half the day and grind the divider on the pipe until it fits flush with the divider on the turbo.

ah just getting ideas and seeing if anyone had run into this problem

can you double up on gaskets? If not, I would grind down the divider
