i just went thru this thread for the first time cuz i cleaned up my headlights a couple of days ago.
but i sanded down the lenses before i polished them. got rid of all the pitting. and compared to the pictures of all of yours, mine came out much cleaner.
i sanded all the way down to 2000grit.

hi, i'm new to the 240 scene but ive been looking around these forums for awhile now because my friend is in the market for one. Anyways, we've been cleaning our PLASTIC (never glass) headlights on the maxima forums for a long time now, and yall are only doing it half way. You gotta wetsand that biatch.
