Yeah, but it cracks after facing the element. I've seen a delSol with them and well, it was dull and cracked and bad. best thing to do is spaint and clearcoat. Plus, after waxing it you'll have that awesome shine.

I wanted to see smoke on a white car, not silver. And yeah, it looks clean on a silver car.

Niteshades is pretty good at what it does, but its not gonna be the best looking job. Like silviaks2nr said, the best thing to do would be for a body shop to paint it, but most people can't afford to, so the Niteshades is the best, cheaper alternative.

Heres a link to a guy who used Niteshades on his maxima tails..Niteshade Tails

the "cut" where the red and the smoke meet on the center piece for the S14 in the pics just doesn't look right.

that spray and link to Night Shades look no different than using a can of black spray paint.

Nite Shades actually allows light to come through, so it doesn't alter the function of the lights. It's similar to a light coat of spray paint, although if you use too much spray paint, bye bye taillight..

Spraying transparent paint is different from regular paint, and most people don't realize this... thus the paper glued label wrapped around the spray can that features very IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS lol

I have the smoked tails on my eclipse, i did them myself with niteshades. I only used 2 coats and it still lights up great at night. I also did my front bumper lights and they look great. I have done smoked tails on about 10 cars so far and i might be doing it to my 240. below is a pic of my eclipse.
