Do you mean is there a body kit that converts the zenki to a kouki? Meaning that it's similar to a body kit that converts the s14 to a s15?
If that is your question, here is your answer: NO.
Your local Nissan dealer carrys all the parts you need for a kouki conversion: Bumper, lights(all of them), light brackets, fenders, hood.
I agree with you that the r33 kit IS badass. Do be careful who you buy from and try to get a kit that other people have bought and said is good quality. I know that there is the fullbody r33 kit on ebay at any given time, but you get what you pay for. So cheap body kit = cheap craftsmanship.
Check out GTP, these guys have a kit...you just gotta have them test fit it...but it wouldnt hurt to call em up and ask.

If you do end up getting a r33 bumper, please post up about it. Im sure everyone would like to hear how some companies rank up.
Thanks

yeah i did the search!
WONDERING IS THIER a whole kit, rather buy a kit conversion!
cause buying everything individually and instally it sounds like alot of work!

one more question is it straight bolt on for the parts or you need to do some modding!

say i did the s14 kouki conversion would and get a kouki bodykit will it fit on or i would have to do some modding like a after market kouki hood?

so i will need light brackets, hood, fenders, and lights right!

cause i want the kouki r33 bumper is this all i need?

Once you do the conversion, you need to buy S14 kouki hoods and bumper, so it will bolt on perfectly

It will bolt on with *minor* custom work. Heres what you have to do:
Remove zenki hood, fenders, front bumper, grill, headlights and corner light.
install kouki hood, fenders, r33 front bumper (has grill built in), headlights(my local Nissan dealer told me that the kouki headlights have the brackets built in....) and the corner lights.
now here is the part where the custom work comes into place....
as you install the fenders, hood and bumper, they wont magically fit into the EXACT place where they look the best, so you have to take some time and line up the pieces to fit perfectly....thats all the custom work you gotta do.....oh besides wiring up the kouki lights. do a search for wiring the kouki lights and im sure you'll come up with a few posts explaining step-by-step how to do it. If you got any more questions just PM me.

other than alignment (body panel alignment) and rewiring, it's bolt-on. The kouki's were designated "S14MC" where the "MC" stood for "minor change".

As far as going from Zenki to Kouki, there's no special action there. Just a matter of getting the right parts and putting them on. The only thing I can think of that might be "custom" is the grille mounting tabs on the Zenki, which might have to be removed since the Kouki grille mounts to tabs on the Kouki headlights.

Unless you go R33 or similar "built-in grille" front bumper.
