When I bled my clutch, I didn't bleed the dampener box. So hopefully that will fix it and it's not a slipping clutch - suxxors.

As for the charcoal canister, it also reburns gas vapors from the tank so there isn't a gasey smell in the engine bay.

possibly..

I rebled the dampener box and it still grinds a little in neutral, what's going on?

there is no vacuum leaks form the charcoal canister, bov or brake booster. So what else could it be? bad intake gaskets?

But what other vacuum leaks are there to test?

I've checked my intercooler piping over and over, my booster, bov vacuum and charcoal canister vacuum

looks like my coilpacks are going bad. I taped all mine up and it cleared up 90% of the problems.

heres the some pics of the vacuum lines i plugged off

first theres this one

which is on the back side of your intake manifold and i believe it went to the brake booster, so unless still have a brake booster then just cap it off

then theres this line
Name: Picture1966.jpg
Views: 25
Size: 42.6 KB
which is on the bottom of your throttle body, and originally it connects to a series of metal tubes that are bolted to the bottom of the pipe that your bov sits on, you dont need all those so you can just get rid of them and cap off the lines that went to those hardlines

If your were asking me, I bought it from a nice guy named Robin in TN.

He had it swapped into his 91' Hicas car, but he got overwhelmed with projects and sold it to me for 2000.

It Included
Rb20
converted s13 wiring harness
ecu
tranny
new clutch
new tranny bushing
tophat tranny mount
tophat motor mounts
side mount intercooler
all piping
new thermostat
new alterantor

Pretty much everything to complete the swap except the radiator. The motor originally came from jhot out of augusta. I have heard nothing but good from them!

Well I got my tophat downpipe in the mail... nice quality but doesn't fit at all. It's about 2 inches short!? wtf..

So now i Have to get it cut and lenghtend so I can use it.

So for anyone who want's an aftermarket rb downpipe, don't go with tophat even if you have their mount kit.

I got my downpipe on wednesday, it's really quiet and made the engine run much smoother, also it seems like the turbo spools easier!

Very worthwhile upgrade to swap to a 3in downpipe over the stock 2inch piece.

Idle is surging a little, so my car is not going into open loop and reading all the sensors and I'm getting terrible fuel econemy.

Not too many things that can go wrong, so im just going to a gew a new 02 sensor and new coolant temp sensor!

Car is holding almost 18 in of vacuum now, much better than the 13 or so before.. I guess the gaskets were dry and now they are freshed up again just by driving it!

I got an HKS wastegate acutator so I can set it to a solid 11 psi instead of it spiking to 12 and falling to 8 psi like the stock one does.

Coil packs are going to be ordered soon.
