a drill, a flat head screwdriver, a hammer, lots of band-aids and about 2 hours of time.

I drilled out all the spot welds that I could see, then, what was left I took the flat head screwdriver and a hammer and beat the rest of the welds out.

It takes time to do it, I got in a rush at the end, I was getting tired of doing it, but just take the time to find all the spot welds, and then just drill them out.

heres an picture thats larger, that if anyone wants to see where some of the welds are at, you maybe able to locate them, and finish faster than I did!

heres a video clip of my exhaust, I couldn't find any of me driving fast or anything like that, I'll have to do that the next time, that my friend is over, so he can ride along and hold the camera. I'll try to get one going fast, and one going around a curve, but we'll see what I can come up with.

anyways heres that video of the exhaust, its an .asf, it should play in windows media player, it does mine.

File size: 2.4mb

Well its been awhile. I really haven't done anything to my 240. I got fired so, yeah, no money, no parts.

The 240 is still running strong.

I decided to give you guys some videos....

Top Speed 8.92MB (I had to slow down, a truck was coming)
Bad Slide 6.07MB (Damn on-coming car, had to slowdown and get back in my lane)
Burnout 4.47MB(I wasn't paying attention, nothing bad happened)

Well there you guys go, some of my finest videos I have to my 240!

The day has almost arrived that I ship out to Navy Basic Training at Great Lakes, Ill Naval Training Base. I leave Monday March 17, 2008.

After training, I will be sent to Groton CT, for basic Submarine School, and also Submarine Electronics and Computer Training in Groton CT.

I'm hoping that I can get my *** based in Japan.

anyways, I guess you guys can wish me luck. Especially trying to get based in Japan!

oh yeah about the burn out hitting the rev limiter, please don't think I'm stupid, I really wasn't there, I kinda spaced out for a moment. But did you see the length of the marks???

12 PSI of boost
Advanced timing (I think)
45 psi (I think) Fuel Pressure on the Nismo fpr
Kazz 2-way
and a 150 shot of nitrous (LOL JUST KIDDING!!!) NOS FTL
Stock head gasket with 90K miles
Timing chain and guides need to be replaced

I guess thats it, I can't think of anything else.

Oh yeah, sorry about that nag screen thats on the videos!

I'm going to probably have one of my friends drive my 240 up here from texas, so I can drive it while I'm here, I miss it so much!

Well I'm back home, discharged from the Navy.

Anyways, my friends installed a few things on my car while i was gone.

they installed the

Fidanza flywheel
new sparkplugs
rear heater hoses (Still have a damn leak somewhere!!!)
turbo oil lines

I think that is it, I'm not 100% sure

anyways I drove it today, oh my god, it was fun, its faster then before, faster revs, and everything

but anyways thats it.

just wanted to say that I'm back home, with my 240, and I'm looking for a job now! YAY!!!

went to get the 240 inspected on saturday, and everything went well until the horn, I failed inspection due to the **** horn thats on the 240.

so anyways, I find 2 more 240 horns, and install them, and they are much louder.

going back Monday and hopefully it will pass the inspection for the horn, if not, I'm going to pull the horns off a Ford F350 and wire it in to a switch, so I know that I will pass, and blow the ear-drums out of the inspectors. LOL

anyways, once I find me a job, the next things I'm getting are, in order...

head gasket
head studs
oil pump
turbo upgrade
engine management system
oil cooler
cams/cam gears/valve springs and retainers (head build)
coilovers

thats pretty much it, I'll decide on more a little later, but thats enough for me, it should get me to 400-450hp, and thats about all the power I want!
