Finally got my 240!!! Slowly but surely build thread too...

alright guys, got a lot done in the past few days. I've forgotten where i left off. but, i test fit the 17's like in the pic above. went to take it for a ride, they were so far out of balance i didn't make it to the end of my road. so i put the 15's back on because i didn't feel like balancing them with the crappy tires anyway. took it for a drive cause i fixed my steering issue, had the seats, carpet and steering wheel in as well.
I was really surprised at well it handled for having 170,000 miles. I was very dissappointed in the braking at low speeds because of my vaccuum leak, so i headed home to try and find it. long story short i found it not to long after popping the hood, put in a new hose, good to go. breaks are awesome, ecu stopped freaking out on me, (lurching, revving weird, chugging kind of. engine light flashing at times) and its running great now.
So tonight i put in the eibach lowering springs and struts and holy sh*t is all i have to say. This thing handles wwwwaaaaaaayyyy better than my previous BMW! I mean its on rails to me, probably not compared to other 240's out there, but its awesome to me.
But overall im loving the car.
Now that its running well, im starting to look deeper into turbo-ing. so any advice on that would be helpful.
oh, and i almost forgot, my throttle was sticking at the top, but was fine after that, so i decided to check out the throttel body (i might have already mentioned this, but i havent posted pics
heres some pics of the updates.
Thanks

performance is good. like i said before, i am very impressed and really like the handling. It's pretty quick too for having 170,xxx miles, but i feel it could be a lot better. I'm pretty much set on going ka-t, but im still trying to figure out the whole ecu and tuning part of it. any help with that would be greatly appreciated.
But overall i'm really liking the car and can't wait to get it completely done for the first autocross next year.
Thanks for the comments

how much was it for the emance tune?
For my setup I'm thinking of running:
JGS starter kit (T3 w/ .63 a/r trim)
ebay front mount intercooler
ECU tune (probably EFI guys or something else in the same area price wise)
Wideband
boost gauge
z32 MAF
550cc SARD injectors
and possibly riggin up a q45 throttle body
Hopefully I could get close to 300whp out of that setup....

well, this engine still runs fine, no smoking or anything and it still pulls fairly well. But i really don't care if i blow it up, seeing as how cheap they are to get a hold of. So if it blows up, ill spend like what, $500? for another one with around 140,000 miles and do the same thing. Or i could rebuild what broke (unless it was a rod out the side) and make more power.
But thats not really a factor to me right now.
Thanks for the info ry.

It's been a while since I posted on here. But anyway, my plans changed dramatically from my last post, lol! I'm going V8 swap. I was gonna do a LS1, but do to pricing I'm going 5.3l chevy, same exact design as the LS1, but smaller bore, and iron block w/ aluminum heads as opposed to all aluminum. And before the weight criticizers start in the 5.3l with accessories and headers and tranny is still 40 or so pounds lighter than my automatic ka with accessories.
But anyway, I've already picked up a GTO oil pan, and today I picked up the 5.3l; so here's some pics!

Yea, I noticed that too. When I first got the idea to do mine, there weren't many build threads on the forums, but now there are tons and the prices of LS1's and parts are going up...
But it's worth it to me for the N/A power/torque
