I want to dyno my car, but I won't until I finish modding it.
Still need to get cams and ras.

Adam, or anyone... Teach me about cams. What's the difference between 272/272 brian crower or 256/256 tomei? I don't know anything about them. At all. I know absolutely nothing about engine internals.

i believe 256/256 is the size of the cam lobe the larger the number the more aggressive the cam. just make the valves open bigger and for longer duration of time. i went with the Tomei cams because they make the most aggressive cams you can use safely with stock valvetrain.

if you go with bigger cams you need new valve springs and retainers and also it will mess your idle up.

Yeah, its the size of the lobe. I am doing a head job on my 240 next month. HKS cams and springs, Rocker Arm Stoppers, Valve seals.

putting in the cam is easy but you need a breaker bar 24mm socket torque wrenches and some muscle lol the bolts that hold the sprocket to the cam were very tight and when i put them back on i had to torque them down to 100+foot pounds

I know this has been covered a million times, but my speedo stopped working.
No blown fuses, speed sensor is connected, only other thing I can think of is wiring, but it's been working fine ever since I started driving it. I was slowing down, car backfired and it hasn't worked since...

Well.... fmylife.
Transmission gears grinding, so transmission is about to go. If anyone knows someone selling an SR tranny cheap, please let me know. Is it worth to rebuild it or should I just get another transmission?

Ugh, I'm really starting to consider selling this car and just getting something to daily...

KA wouldn't hold up, KA transmission is weaker than the SR transmission....
