Cant wait to see the finished product, def leave it ****-less! there are maaco's all around here and they have a bad rep, but its because nobody does the prep work like u did, if all they have to do is spray and sand then its worth it to me, hell i spent 625 just on the paint and materials alone not to mention my man hrs, if i wouldve taken it to a shop to do a complete color change i wouldve spent at least 2k!

Yah.....I am looking at the receipt he gave me....the paint job he's giving me normally is 850 but i am getting it for 425...
It's sealer, then 3 coats of polyurethane with clear coat integrated into it....
Should be nice..
P.S. Semi-hard-on starting to become 3/4-hard-on
Also, I went with the stock wing for now, as I am a *****....
Didn't want to wait an extra couple of days (which is a pain since it's my DD and I had to drive the car 60 miles to the paint shop, staying with my friend for the time)
So I am putting stock wing on now, can always change wings, or have the holes shaved later

cool cant wait to
people bash macco without knowing the painters. macco just happens to be a job where they hire lots of new painters and train on the spot. also its not custom paint shop if you want that go somewhere else. however if you tell them that you want grade A **** and they have the men/women to do it, you can get a good job done Broze

Ok so they surprised me and it was finished paint yesterday, now i have it and it's at my friends house
Dizzzone
Pics to come soon....too embarassed to take pictures with stock wheels on lol
I will start a new thread for the pics of the finished product
It looks relatively money....overall i would say great, but as expected from a Maaco paint job, there are some small areas around the edges where its a little bit inperfect, due to small inperfections in the fiberglass, but nothing more than a mm in size at most
okay peace
EDIT: Here is a teaser of the front, without the grill or eyelids:
