to paint ur plur local shop like autozone and it comes in a spray can
and use good paint and clear coat
astic part u need to use a plastic promoter you can get it from
give time to dry like a full day
if you use primier u should sand wit 220 grit
well thats car body parts reallie
dont do silver or white please... its hella ugly
and for the fabric part u can get like LV and coach fab to put on it lookz hella nice....
havnt found a good write up on that yet...
but my guess would be to use a clue gun fabric glue and those sheets for fabric and use a heat gun
ppl re wrap ther shift boot, doors, trunk cover, glove box, arm rest, and ash tray
lookz reallie nice... imma do it soon but wit bandanas a black one
i did my shift boot but thats reallie ez no glue need haha

im not very educated on painting or anything so at first i took out my door panels and painted them black and changed the fabric to that green stuff as you can see in the first picture..then the green stuff started comin out and the paint was chipping on the door panels...it doesnt matter what kind of paint you use or how good you do the job..in my opinion its all about location..for example the door panels, if you paint them the only parts that will chip are the parts that will most likely face contact with something..mine started chipping at the pockets of the door panel...i guess when i get in and out of the car my foot scratches it...so then i decided to just get stock black door panels and save the hassle of repainting..BUT like my dashboard for example i took it out and painted that..im sure its not gonna get scratched cuz its not something that will get in the way of anything
alright its about time i make a conclusion, actually an opinion
-dont paint the doorpanels...they will chip
-paint the dash save yourself the money
-trimkit? i would say go for it cuz those will last longer than painting the center console parts
-go to a junkyard and look for stock parts, it'll be worth it at the end, trust me
my turn to ask a few questions
what should i do with the seat belts? they're still brown
and the carpet? http://www.autotrimsupply.com/CarCatalog/NISSAN.htm ?

you can get the seatbelts at the junkyard and swap them with yours or if you want to get rid of that annoying moving seatbelt, take the whole system out (weighs a ton) and swap it with the S14 seatbelts/S13 canadian seatbelts/Harnesses your choice

oh i kinda messed up on the chronological order of the pictures..currently my door panels look like pic#2..the panel you are talking about looks good in the pic but was horrible in person...okay u see when it was green? i had glued that green on and then after i took it out it left a nasty sticky leftover...i tried everything to get it off but i couldnt..so i decided to paint it...it looks nice in the pic but if u toughed it you would be able to tell from the rough texture but if u want black door panels i think you should just stain your door fabric to black

i have posted these pics befor but i will put them up again... the interior was all done in vinyl with very few painted parts... as long as it is done right and with the right paint it should not chip or fade...
