aftermarket fronts for s13.5

I'm really intrested in doing a s13 with a s15 front end conversion, but I want to be differnt Hell, that's why I got into nissans over the Honda/mistubishi craze in my area. Anyway, wondering does most after market bumpers for s15 fit a s13, of course with a little shave and molding? Or will I have to stick with the ones that come with the kit?

Im pretty sure after you make the transformation from s13 to s13.5 using the appropriate brackets, you can have any s15 front bumper.

I believe the main difference is the rear end of the front fenders. They have to be different because the S15 doors a shaped different. The bumper should be relatively fine.

Strawberry face conversions are the best! The S13 Sileighty is second only to those.

BTW...I have never heard the term "S13.5". Where I live an S13 refers to a Silvia. RPS13 is a 180SX. S13.5 must be what we call the kouki 180?

weird...

i always thought that it was:

S13=silvia w/ca18 series motor
RS13=180sx w/ca18 series motor
PS13=silvia w/sr20 series motor
RPS13=180sx w/sr20 series motor

and then:

zenki=89-90 silvia/180sx/240sx
chuki=91-93 silvia/180sx/240sx (94 was all convertibles in U.S., right? )
kouki=~96-98 180sx

i thought that the xxxS13 (RS13, RPS13, RHS13, RMS13, etc.) 'sileighty' (or 'silforty' in the case of the RHS13/RMS13, if you want to split hairs) with an S15 front end was just referred to as a 'strawberry face sileighty' or something like that....

EDIT: i never heard of the S13.5 designation. i have heard of the S14.5, though...

I thought the "strawberry faced" was just the name of the kit that comes with the s15 conversion like (bomex kit, Gp Sprot kit.etc.) and in the s14.5 the .5 stands for s15 conversion, SO in s13.5 the .5 stands for s15 conversion as well
maybe i got things messed up..or maybe were onto something new

if you do a search, somewhere on these forums is a whole debate about where the "strawberry face" name came from. from what i've learned, it's a japanese play on words where the word for "one" is "ichi" and "five" is "go", or "ichi go". whereas the word "ichi-go" (or ichigo, forgive me, i don't know japanese so don't crucify me on the spelling ) literally translates to "strawberry".
