24de swap done and running (lots of pics!)

I just finished swapping my 5spd tranny and ka24de from my '91 (which I totaled) into this '90 fb shell. It was an automatic iwth a 24e. Took me a while to finish, but I am happy with the reults. I just installed my eiabch springs, and my 16" +15 wheels. They are FLOOSH! I just thought I'd show oyu guys the pics. It's a little dirty, I just got it running on thursday, so please forgive me, but htat's pretty much it. Easy straight forward swap, took me forever, because it was my first one, but somebody with experience whouldn't have any problem with it. Tell me what oyu think.

I forgot engine pics, maybe tomorrow if I remember, or have time. I can tell you it looks perfect though, just like it would look if it had just been shipped out by nissan.

THESE ARE FROM LAST WEEK, BEFORE THE SWAP WAS COMPLETE.

Here's some pics of the car in midswap. Some of oyu remeber my red fb. I wrecked it. I bought this black '90 (with auto) and swapped in my 24de and 5spd tranny. Took me forever, my first engine swap. Probably about 2 weeks of labor all together with 3 hours of work a night. But I am proud of the results.

IF THE PICS DON'T WORK, GO HERE!

Here's a sad one, side by side, both gutted...

I want to turbo my de too, but I don't have the money right now. The motor in the '90 was blown, and I had no other choice but to throw it in right now. As for liking the pignose... my chuki bumper goes on in a couple days, lol. It's already a chuki at heart, so I might as well finish the look.

As for anybody plaaning on doing the swap, it was EASY. I have never done a swap before, and htis was very straight forward. I had to swap the coil, the power steeering lines and resevoir, and the air intake, and I think that was all I needed other than the motor itself.

I finally got around to taking pics of the engine, the only thing that's out of place is the throttle cable, I accidentally ran it under some hoses, instead of over, too lazy to put it in the right spot, lol. All in all, looks clean, just like Nissan put it in there at the factory.

Flooshi flooshi. The next pics are just of my flooshiness. Nothing to do with the motor, lol.
