They're brand new, I painted them completely white, mounted tires, and mounted them on my car to see how it looks(No, the car doesn't run yet). Rattled canned them with rustoleum primer, white, and clearcoat

The tires on the rims are 205/55 toyo somethings and kumho somethings with about 60-70% tread left.

I'm letting them go because I decided to stick with 15's
