Wanted 1990-1998 240sx

Im looking to do a Sr20det swap into a 240sx. Im looking for a CHEAP shell or running car that is a good canidate for the project. Preferably 5 speed so i dont have to run clutch lines and attach cylinders and pedals. Im in NOrthern NJ and would like to have some one in the tri-state area with an offer( nj, ny, pa, or ct)
