heads were just serviced with a 3 angle valve job and resurfacing, head gasket and intake gaskets were also just replaced. while the heads were off of the car, i cleaned the pistons and the cylinder walls so now the car runs perfect. odomoter stopped working a little while ago, reads 83494, id say it has more around 86k. theres more done to the car but i just cant remember it off the top of my head. i keep putting money into the car adding more parts but im slowly going broke so i need to get rid of the car. im asking $13000 obo, im open to trades and such. im looking for a 95+ 240sx manual trans only. if anyone is interested in throwing out an offer let me know, trades are not limited to just a 240sx. i am not sure what the car is making on this setup, on the old setup(NOT WITH THE VORTECH) it was 365rwhp untuned with a stock cam @ 5lbs

looking to trade that for a built 240sx, or a slightly modded 1 and some cash.

 

Who in the world would give up their badass 240 for a Mustang? Especially when a slightly modded 240 with an SR20DET would blow the doors off the mustang.

Yeah right, the only way that would ever happen if it was just some rich kid who doesn't know how to drive the 240. Mustangs aren't ****, especially GT's. Like I'm really scared of you. What do you run in 1/4 mile times? Highly doubt under 12's. The best thing you can do is sell all the parts off your stang, then sell it, then use that money to buy a 240 then do all the work to it. Take my advice, because NOBODY in their right mind with a 240 would EVER give it up for a mustang.

 

you are quite possibly the most dumb person i have ever met. have you ever seen what a turbo kit does on a 4.6 99+ mustang? instant 450+ horsepower, with a stock motor. not even adding cam, heads, intake or chipping. your so gung-ho about 240s you seem to think theres no other car in the world that can compete, any car can be just as fast with the same amount of mods. and why would i take your advice, you have 2 posts and the 1st was in my thread saying mustangs suck. do some research and then come back and open your mouth. did i ever say a 240 sucks? with all the money i have in this car, if i had put it into a car that came supercharger stock or turbo stock, it would be 10x faster.

but i also agree with wut he had to say about no one would trade a 240 for a mustang(at least not on a 240 forum), even if it is faster, we love our cars to death and we are not going to give it up jus to be faster in a straight line, try asking around on another forum cuz i doubt you'll get much results here

 

i actually bought another car so im not really looking to trade it for a 240 anymore, i forgot i even had this post up here until he replied to it and it mailed me.. i had a few offers of 240s for it, but they were stock 240s which doesn't come close to the same dollar amount

on the old setup it was 13.5@110, which is a mid-low 12sec trap speed. with the new vortech im thinking 113-117 traps

i threw the car onb the dyno and it made 430rwhp and 440ft lbs, still untuned, and the clutch slipped on the 2nd pull at around 8lbs... with a stage 2-3 clutch, and a nice tune, i would expect it to put down around 500

 

I dunno where your from but an SR20 conversion aint a slight mod for a 240
