For Sale: 1991 240SX Fastback - Georgia
Selling my 240. Bought it in '98, been overseas intil last year. I kept the car because I wanted to fix it up, but the military doesn't pay enough for the upkeep of 2 old cars, and my Rodeo is a little more practical. The car is stock, except for a few aesthetic features. The Engine has been making some noises since I got it back last September, but it still runs fine and hasn't affected the performance at all. It still has some ***** to it. Clutch was recently replaced with an XTD Stage 1 clutch. Other than that, the drivetrain is stock. Everything that isn't stock is listed below:
Stock KA24DE engine
190,000 miles
Faulkin 17"X7.5" wheels
JVC CD/MP3 deck
White face gauges
Momo Steering Wheel
XTD Stage1 clutch
Superwhite headlight upgrade
Clear front bumper lights
Engine fan has been removed, Electric fan in its place
Now the problems, of which there are many small things I haven't had time to fix:
Spark plug stripped and shot up into the hood, leaving a dent.
Hit a pole on a tractor (don't ask) cratching driver side above the door and scratching plastic peice behind the door window.
Paint coming off of front bumper on passenger side due to using way-too-powerful pressure washer.
A/C was added to the car, wires are ugly, compressor is out.
Scratches on windshield due to windshield wipers operating without a wiper :/
The cover to the rear hatch area is bent. I didn't like the factory speakers, and mounted some in the covers. The weight of the speakers have bent the cover. I have removed most of the system (Amp, Subs, ETC) but the cables are still there, most of them running under the carpet.
This all sounds bad, but I'm trying to list everything that is wrong with it that I can think of. I'm will go buy some batteries for my digital camera and get some pictures up here ASAP so you can see the car, and all of the damage. As bad as it sounds, it's still a sharp car. I get compliments all the time, but I don't have the time or money to give it the TLC it would take to be a real winner. If you have any questions, e-mail me at rkeen78@yahoo.com.

Got some good questions by e-mail, answers are below.
First, the car no rust on the car at all.
Absolutely no frame damage, and the car has never been wrecked.
I do have the title.
The car, other than the noise, runs and performs fine. I've had this car since it had 72,000 miles on it. Has never broken down on me. The water pump went bad at about 120,000 and was replaced, and has been totally dependable. Mostly highway miled from being stationed in Mississippi and New Mexico and making alot of trips back home to Dallas.
Compression ratio, no idea. I'm sure I could fidn out next week when I get paid.
No cracks on the dashboard at all, perfect condition. No rips in the seat. Some where on the left side of the driver seat. Floor carpet is aftermaket carpet. I've been recarpeting it everyone couple of years.
I am in Warner Robins Georgia, and am willing to meet within about an hour away, and you can also come look at it if you are in the area.
And, I do have the factory wheels with good tires.
