FS:1991 240sx hatch w/ RB20DET swap
Before you go on reading know that I am asking a fair price for what I have invested in this car as sale price. I will be honest in saying I am willing to negotiate but not too incredibly much. Asking price is $9200. I hope to get some feedback from you guys.
So the sad day has come where I need to accept that my baby is ready to be let go into the wild. Up for sale is my 1991 240sx hatchback. All pics are on ebay as item number 230065634655. Here is more about her.
The vehicle has been through many stages of upgrades since I bought it in mid June of 2005. Due to the constraints of my finances and the expenses a project like this costs, I have to give her up. Right now she is running. She has a small oil leak coming from under the driver side valve cover and has been running kind of weak lately. I took her to a shop that said that the problem may be in the fuel system, i.e. filter, pump, or injectors. I haven’t the finances or means to get her looked at right now, so my loss is your gain. All mods are listed below. Reserve is fairly low considering the amount of money that has been spent to get her to where she is now. Mods are as follows.
Engine and Drive train:
RB20DET swap
Nismo N1 water pump
NGK Iridium spark plugs (installed 11/06)
Slightly used coil packs (installed 11/06)
Custom intake manifold (installed 11/06)
Custom FMIC and plumbing
Exedy Stage 3 racing clutch
Apex’ I Power Intake
Manual Boost Controller
Custom 3in. Exhaust from the down pipe to an Apex’ I N1 Can
Optima Yellow Top Battery (relocated to hatch)
Koyo Radiator w/ dual 10in Electric Fans
Exterior Mods:
Extreme Dimensions GP-1 Full Body Kit
Interior:
Megan Racing Boost, Oil pressure, and Water Temp gauges.
Timex Tachometer (installed in A pillar gauge pod)
Nismo Racing seats
Nismo Steering wheel
Apexera AFC Neo with V-tec capabilities (incase you want to resell when upgrading to engine management)
20% Black tint on all windows.
Wheels and Tires:
18x7.5in wheels wrapped with Fuzion ZR-1 225/40/18’s. (less than 4K on tires)
Suspension:
Megan Racing lowering springs
After discussing the weak running issue with a certified mechanic friend of mine and taking him for a ride along tonight, we discovered that the timing was off. The repair of this issue will be addressed this Saturday (16th of Dec).

thats a pretty sick 240 man, too bad you have to sell it; i feel your pain haha. if i had the money and wasn't ***** deep in my own 240 project id definitly bid. extreamly nice car and good luck on the sell man.

Thnks for the comment man. I have had a few ups and downs with her and now after a lot of debate I figured that the best thing for me is to just give her up to a person that can take her futher sooner. Thanks again and good luck with your 240 project.
