Post Plan to buy a 240SX

Hi, i'm maybe a future owner ! I'd like to.. Right now i have a turbocharged Probe GT 1990 with the japanese 16 Valves engine and a Japanese tranny.

The problem is that the tranny case always break arround the diff area.

I need to know if the 240SX has a good tranny, diff, drive-shaft. Can i buy one and upgrade it to 500HP been confident that i wont break the tranny ?

Welcome. The probe, to me, has always seemed like a cheap american version of the 240.

You don't even know how i drive.. I don't dump the clutch and i don't WOT on bad road surface. So in my book i'm driving ok. All i'm doing raising the boost and beat everything i see.

I don't want a driving lesson from a Flame-O-Matic ***** ! I want an experienced 240SX owner to tell me if this car transmission can handle lot of torque.

Yes i agree with that. The roof is really ugly compared to 240sx or 1992 Eagle Talon TSI. I was searching for a second generation MX-6 V6 LS when i found this probe.. I bought it to have fun upgrade it for more HP & Torque. This car is a total sleeper. You know it's something wild just when i WOT it and the turbo kick-in. Now i want to play with a 240sx.
