Thanks for the welcome. I pretty much decided that the best way to learn my car is to fix as much as possible. So i think the FAQ section will become my best friend.

I'll try not to be much of a burden on the board elders
It feels weird to have a car with so much aftermarket support. Hard to decide on what to do. My first car was an mirage which= very few aftermarket companies. So its been a very exciting couple weeks so far.

Congrats on your recent purchase~! And welcome to the board. I myself am rather new here, and have also purchased a s14 recently too.

...and then all of a sudden you'll notice EVERY 240sx on the road. It just happens.

I know what you mean man... the day after I brought mine home, I spent the next week 1/2 disassembling, cleaning, cussing, etc. Scrubbed the engine, scraped road tar and gunk off the lower suspension parts, vacuumed and wiped down every single interior piece I could take out (even the sides you can't see)...

...but in the end, it's worth it because I guess it's like that "bond with your new ride" kinda thing

Hey, that's what happened while I was driving that damned Ford Taurus rental. Everywhere I look, 240s, passing me, going the other direction, parked on the street, everywhere. And those were just the fastbacks.

Now that I have the new one, I haven't seen any!
