I've tried it, thus I judged it.
Whoever thought "hey - lets eat raw eggs with half developed ducks in them!" is a retard.
Props to R. Navarette for pointing this out LOL

The spanish type flan (I think it's colombian) tastes worse than filipino kind..Atleast when i bought it from a colombian restaurant. Anyway...
The food for those who dont know:
Lumpia=the eggrolls(HEAVEN)
Adobo=Sometype of meat(usually pork or chicken in like a stew type thing
Halo-halo=Dessert depending on what you want..is usually has some type of beans (chick peas, red beans), macapuno, and whatever else you want in it with crushed ice, milk, and ice cream.
Leche flan=egg custard dessert covered with a caramel type sauce..
Pancit=the noodles with chicken, shrimp, vegetables, etc.
Lechon=Roasted pig
Dinuguan=Pork blood stew (I happen to like this hehe)
has anyone tried the plantian eggroll?
I think that covers everything here..anyway..
