OEM rotors(or powerstop, rotora or brembo)

As for Pads, as you said Hawks do have "race" pads but they don't wear down your rotors. Try out the Hawk HPS, street/track pads and are GREAT. Axxis ultimate pads are good to...I'm going to be getting them.

Anything to look for to see if I need to change my rotors because my brakes squeal if enough pressure isn't put on.

I don't camp, I just *****...

you should be able to tell if the rotors are good by the texture, check to see if they are really rough or cracked or anything bad

They're smooth, but at times they have a rusted color.

Feel the rotors, both front and back. If they feel a little uneven or rough, replace them. Also if under braking your steering wheel wiggles or twitches, your rotors or more then likely warped so you need to change them.

I'm kinda ****...and I don't know when the last time my rotors were changed so I'm buying some just in case.

I see, alright, I'll check them before I drive around and see if I do need some. But I do need some new pads, holy crap, engine stopping galore, lol. Thanks.
