I'm selling it because I want to buy 2 cars. I want to get an Lexus IS300 or Infinity G35 and a project car (89-94 240sx).

Those are some good choices, I myself wanted a IS300 and a S13, I have two of one, and it ain't the lexus , but i'll be there one day. S13 Hatches are way more fun IMHO Not dissing on the coupes, they all in the family.

The IS300 is really nice, the owner of a local shop has one hooked up to race. Very nice.

I think I am in love:

Well, it can be cheaply and easily swap to a manual. There are alot of 240sx in the junkyard that has complete tranny swap just waiting for someone to pick up.

Most shops charge close to 1500 for parts and labor on a tranny swap.

I know people who have done their own installs to save money.

Well, it really depends where you get your parts and who will do it for you. A friend of mine got a tranny complete swap parts of a
wreck 96 240sx for only 550. Installation cost him 650. For a total of 1200. Which is not that bad. But that money can go towards an SR20det swap.
