'95 240: How much would you pay for this?
I just started a new job and commuting 90 miles a day is kind of expensive so I've purchased a Geo Metro and am considering selling the 240 for the time being. Here's the low down:
'95 240SX SE
119K miles
Automatic
Ruby Pearl Color
Hotshot Header
AEM Intake
2.5" Exhaust
New Starter
AIWA CD
Blaupunkt Overdrive Sub
Infinity Rears
MB Quart components up front with crossovers
2 Profile Clarus amps (on for sub, one for internal speakers)
Overall she is in great shape. Tires have plenty of tread left, runs and shifts smooth, have maintained all the fluid changes and such. Even had the geometry aligned not too long ago. Body is in good shape, average for the amount of miles on it, no rust or anything. I am located in monmouth county NJ. Sooo.....how much is reasonable?

4500 for an automatic with 120K is waaaaay too much for me. Make sure it isn't leaking oil or fluids, and everything check out ok
although with those mods, thats not too bad a deal.
I'd offer $4300

hmmmm
Well, i just wanted to get a feel for things really. I saw '92 fastbacks with 150k+ going for around 3600-3800 so I wanted to see how much a 3 year newer, 30-40K less with mods would do. I am thinking I could get $5000 for it in jersey. Anyone else have an idea?

according to edmunds.com (not necessarily the end-all be-all; just a reference point), this is what ur looking at in monmouth county, NJ:
trade in value: $2,473
private seller: $3,264
dealer sticker: $4,631
now that's just basic options, mileage, and location. that doesn't figure in any of the mods or how much u think someone would fork over for a clean S14 (i.e. value based on demand). hope that helps.
