Yes we do the equivalent of "red necks" in Puerto Rico.....
I took this pic while driving, kind of hard when driving on the steep mountains of Lares, PR......

lmao wow.... I was on my way to work last week and saw a guy hanging out of his trunk holding a computer, while his (im assuming g/f) was driving the car... at 65mph O_o
