Well I use to be a wrestler and it was no doubt that I would venture into BJJ.. the saga has begun. I will say one thing...... this discipline is rough in the beginning lol but learning the basics will make your life easier.

if you get into other disciplines you'll notice that many share the same fundamentals as wrestling. my high school wrestling coach taught us a few sambo and bjj moves years ago before anyone really new what it was.

it kind of is, in high school i wrestled a teammate and friend of mine in a tournament. i really didn't mean to put my hands on her where they didn't belong since she was a friend and all. long story short, i did grab her repeatedly and her mom got the whole thing on video...those were the days.
