I think there is a 'car alarm' but it has flame throwers..not sure if it was a joke or not but somewhere in Africa they had serious car theft problems so some vehicles were equipped with flame throwers.

It was a long time ago when I seen it, but I remember flames shooting straight up about 7 ft. high. It could be activated by the driver or set on the alarm.

I don't know too much, especially since I can't see the link(filters at work).

 

I believe it was a unit just used to stop car jackers. You had to be in the car to activate it. It would spray a flamable fluid on the attacker and then light him on fire.
