PA Inspection Laws Help
Hi i found out some terrible news that pa is comming out with new laws, that you cant add any new wheels sizes to your car or wheels has to stay stock, cant put cat back exhausts on your car and most scary to me no sr engine swap, i guess a mechanic told my step dad that you cant do that any more in the state of pennslyvania i hope someone could let me know whats up with this retarted law, and if its even true i really hope not. They say it wont pass inspection i really hope someone can help me i really would like to mod up my first car if i get a chance thanks vin

WTF??? i never heard of any laws like that! i know that we're bringing back emissions testing and stuff like that. my inspection guy will pass any car. just as long as your lights work and you have good tires. he doesn't care what you have on the car. he doesn't even look under the hood!! i guess i'm glad to have a guy like that.

But I don't know about these laws, I haven't heard anything about them at all. I'll keep an ear out and talk to my cousin about it.
**edit** I went looking on another forum I frequent, thats mostly pennsylvania based and came up with this website click here
The one part tells you what tests you will have to pass, I havent checked out the rest of the site yet though
