Hey did you guys have a meet at Pop's diner tonight around 11-12pm? I saw all the cars and wanted to say hi but did not want to intrude. I saw a blue 350z, a turbo charged 240 along with a few others. I drove in with one of my other cars a silver g35 while some of the guys were hanging by the Z. Just thought it would be cool to hang with a new crew.

 

Yea we were there. U should've stopped by, shown off the G35. On a sad note my car got tapped. Kid in a santa fe scratched my car. Not too bad. just needs a repainting and the bumper fitted.

 

LOL I was there with my girl and brother, but did not want to just walk up. Some guys take offense, so when I got home I started searching for 240 forums and "Voila" found yall. The G35 x is our family car / for my girl, it's the all wheel drive sedan. I just sold my Range and use the Sti as my daily. Thought it would be fun to hang with a different crew other than our 200 member Suby club. When is the next get together?

We would not take offense to you comeing up and saying hello. We are up for all kinds of cars. You might have noticed all of the 240s but they were not the only cars in our group. 95% of the imports in that lot were with us. 90% of the total vehicles in there were with us. LOL we all drive winter beaters trucks and cars baby.

You should bring your guys. I think our crew is tipping the scales at 1700 members. Your guys are more than welcome to come chill. We are all parts of other crews we aren't one of those clubs that wants exclusive members. We just want cool guys that are into cars.

The next meet is in two weeks in NY and next week in NJ. We run meets every weekend and have for the last 3 years straight.

We get our own private room with TV. It rocks.


Also we don't go home when it starts to rain or snow. We have had meets when the temp has been -7.


Everything is welcome at all levels of build. Just be a cool cat and you will fit in fine.

 

COOL actually our club with 200 is just in the NY area, we also have the other half with Evos. I use to hang with the Vw guys after beating one of thier gti's, got invited to their meets. But a few of them are asses and would like shut their hoods when I started asking questions. I still am good friends with the guy I beat. I will definitely roll on the next meet.

hey i was there too but was packed by the time i got there, tired to look for parking but no luck. I had to leave becuase work at 9:30. Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I was the red 240sx fastback 91'

Whos black 240sx is that the second to last pictures. Do you live in bayside?...did you come into the gulf gas station on franic lewis blvd before going to the meet?

OMG is this a coiincidence???? I also used to beat on VW guys and started going to their meets. Yonkers and LI. I went to one with my clean 2000 civic hatch. They shot pictures of it and called it the "interloper". What a bunch of lame ****s.

We would never do that and I would personally talk to someone if they had that kind of attitude. That is straight snob.

Damn that is a shame. Try and show up a bit earlier and you will get a spot.

Your best bet when tracking people from the meet is posting on IFX. I don't think many of the guys are actually members here.

much love to all .. i think we were trying to see if there's another spot with bigger parking.

We used to meet up in Brooklyn (Caesar's Bay Plaza) where the meets were rediculously huge last spring and summer .. but then died down so we went back to pos cuz the diner is right there.

In brooklyn all we had was the pizza shop which closed at like 11/12.

It just gets better and better these meets and IFX as well ..
