Like I've said at least once on this board before:
Go with Sylvania Xenarc. You don't lose your low beam. Autolamps online sells a low/high kit, too. But it's more expensive and also ships from europe. If you have trouble, it'll be a pain to deal with. In addition, you'd have to also purchase H4 housings upgrade for your car (For S13) in order to install the autolamps online kit (i think). The Xenarc kit is a complete replacement with housings and all.
There are other H4 upgrade kits available, but all of them make you lose your low beam. Now if you have some driving lights on your car, this might not be a big deal to you. Some people never use their brights at all, so it might not matter either. I do use my brights from time to time, and I'd rather not lose them.
