wiring a stanza electric fan in s13

I have searched and found how to wire sentra fans and other fans but not for stanza fans. The stanza fans have 2 connectors on each fan and 4 wires for each fan. are all the fans that way or are they different? I am getting rid of my mech. fan and wanting to run duel electric fans so 1 fan will turn on with the A/C and the other fan will turn on when the temp. raises.

I only need to wire 1 fan now, I fixed the other fan.
what I did was took my old electric fan and switched motors with one of the duel fans so the wiring would connect to the original stock wire harness connector and turn on when I turn the A/C on.

Man, who ever said that the stanza fans was a direct fit was full of ****. The shroud has to be modified to fit.

OK, I figures it out. on the stanza duel fan setup there are 4 wires, black, yellow, green and blue. the yellow and blue wires are for the 1st speed which is push and the black and green wires are for the 2nd speed which is pull. You want to use the black and green wires, you can tape off the other two wires you dont use. You run the green wire to a 12v ignition in the fuse box and ground the black wire. This will turn the fan on when you start the car and work in place of the belt driven fan which you should have already removed.

ive got mine hooked up to the battery and it works but i have to turn it on and shut it off everytime i start or turn off my car(no toggle switch). i heard that doing this for a while will drain your battery quicker than what its supposed to. i found this thread from searching on yahoo and he did the same thing. im not electrically inclined, lol and i would need help to wire it up to the fuse box. it it alright to just do what this guy did?

It's funny you say that... If you ever read the right up the shroud has to be modified...
S12 and s13 radiators are pretty much the same size....

Yes it is ok but you have to remember to turn it off every time you get out of the car.
The way I did mine is so one fan turnes on when I turn the key and the other fan turnes on when I turn the A/C on. The way factory setup turns on the fans, no draining of the battery.

i just got mine done, if its not hooked up to the fuse box make sure you use an inline fuse and a fusable link. just run it straight to the battery and a toggle switch. work fine.

a friend of mine told me that i could use a thermo switch w/ relays. the thermo switch is suppose to have a sensor that u put inside the upper radiator hose and will activate the fan once the thermostat opens up. im planning to try it out and see if it's worth buying it. *thermoswitch is suppose to be about $50.
