When removing the AIV???
Sorry for the long post.
Im taking out my AIV and was wondering what do you do about the vacuum switch. The little thing with three vacuum lines and an electrical plug.
I guess ill just close off the vacuum lines , but what about the wires. Do I leave them there???
If I'm not suppose to touch the switch please tell me. What I did was take three screws off that hold the whole bracket to the side wall and remove the whole assembly.

you totally should hav searched, i've responded to this post several times.
go to ********** and under technical there's a walkthrough on this.
There should be 2 vacuum lines, plus those. The sensor leave unattached, no big deal. And the metal tubing that goes into the exhaust, plus that was well, and there are many ways of pluging them, you could even weld it shut if you wanted.
