Question still no luck

well i just got through removing the aiv, and replacing the injector seals tryin to solve my taching out problem and rough idle.....still same problem. I checked the ecu for codes there are no codes and the check engine light aint on (it never was) so is there anything else that might cause this? cause i have no clue any ideas beside search cause I already tried most of the stuff I found but any help would be greatly appreciated.

rough idle happens on most 240's no matter what

o2 sensor new?
sefoam (helped my idle a lot)
300zx fuel filter
if you're in a cold climate, heet
plugs & wires
check your cap
did you clean your throttle body? use carb cleaner, mine was definatlely clogged
MAF could be dirty

Check all that

Dr.

yea i believe we replaced the fuel filter when we fixed the engine when we got it but didnt mess with the fuel pump I'll have to check that out, but its not just a rough idle dr. its taching out at 4 like the ecu is set in "safe mode" and tried a few things, I might try to clean my mafs today and see if that might solve it.
