Resetting The Ecu

I JUST INSTALLED AN AFTERMARKET INTAKE ON MY KA24DE. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO RESET THE ECU. DO I JUST UNPLUG THE BATTERY FOR A WHILE AND WAIT OR DO I HAVE TO PULL A FUSE?

Just unplug battery for like 30 minutes, then connect it again. The ECU will take some time to get it's new settings back up, but just give it time.

if you unplug the battery +, fuses won't make it any different.

Take the battery terminal off before you sleep, then put it back on the next morning and drive around for a day so the ECU can recal itself.

I cleaned my throttle body and disconnected the top radiator hose to take off the TB. after i installed everything back i reset the ECU by leaving the negative cable off for 30 min or so. now it starts run, like ill have to give it gas to keep it running and the "check engine" light stays on. i tried resetting it again and still does the same thing. do i need to keep the cable off for a long time or do I just need to drive around with the check engine light still on, and if so will the light go off? it idles better now that i cleaned the TB but like i said, it starts like its starving for fuel or something, or a vacumm leak. but i double check all of that. PLEASE HELP, lol.
