nice i like the bolt ons!! spend the money where it was needed and the skimped out where ness.... as far as pushing it further?? i say different or better header DC?, light weight wheels to compensate the driveshaft, "good clutch" - get power to the ground, short ram intake, free coolant bypass, thermo intake mani gasket, hi flow cat, better tune? , very high octane fuel, better valve springs / retainers to compensate the cams, more porting on the intake side of head , adj timing,
thats all i got for now man now some of this u might have but i was just picking my brain on more stuff u could use for your setup i hope this helps...
ps please post up dyno and pics of your ride!!

He's got the Short Ram, I doubt he's got the TB Coolant considering he's using the Xcessive IM, Why use a CAT if he's looking for the most power.
Also I dont think a DC Header would be muhc of an upgrade if anything, everything about it is smaller and we all know the KA LOVES to breathe.

Header specs I've been able to gather so far:

Pacesetter Header
1.500" Primaries
2.500" Collector
4-1

OBX Header
1.125" Primaries
2.500" Collector
4-2-1

DC Sports Header
?.???" Primaries
1.875" Collector
4-2-1

If anything I'd rec. the PaceSetter:

Run 2 = Stock KA w/ 88k Miles
Run 7 = Blitz Realivze TT 80mm Exhaust (Downsizes to ~2.5" in Muffler)
Run 14 = Blitz TT + PaceSetter 4-1 Header

yeah, because we all know just how much power you lose by running a cat.

high flow cats dont really hurt your performance as bad as people portray they do..getting the head ported is a no no for now cuz i dont have the money for it yet maybe when i go back 2 skool i might do it...93 octane is all i can afford for now, that and octane boost lol..pace header are that big they look pretty skinny.the megan header looks like *** pardon my french lol..i thought dc was the ish when it came to headers?you dont want headers thats too big no back pressure plus,im not boostin so n/a u need some back pressure.its doesnt help that i have a 3" all the way through cat back

i would have gone with ITB's instead of that manifold.

NA SR's make good power i done see why a KA cant. and im not talking about VVL im talking about regular old rwd NA SR's they can get into the 200+ whp easy.

hell i got a buddy with a sentra with a Built NA VVL SR making 364whp

my thoughts exactly..even honda's with smaller displacement makes over 200 with minor build up so when these guys be on these forums talkin that bs that the kade cant make over 200 it kills me

couldn't have said it better myself. also, would you say the manifold was really worth it? i ask because i'm not sure it is and that's why i haven't bought one.

Lol, your right we don't at most maybe 1whp if that but why spend the money on a $180 3" CAT when a 3" Test-Pipe is only $30?

S14 Valves are the same and the heads flow the same. The numbers I believe you are referring to were the numbers posted in a NICO thread correct? In that one they compared a KA24E and S14 DE Head IIRC.

(s14 heads)i thought it was on here but i guess i was wrong...you will definitly notice a big change in accel, power difference and how much more air it pulls in.before i installed the 264 cams i have i noticed a huge change in how it ran with the stock cams and on stock cams i set the valve lash a lil tighter that help t0
