Hello again,

Okay... I cleaned the IACV thoroughly. I had the whole thing apart and got that thing looking like new, reinstalled it, adjusted the idle and everything seemed fine... or a while. When the car is cold it idles like its supposed to to while warming up, that i know is normal. After it is warmed up the idle will jump every now and then and sometimes surge, usually 1200 to about 1800 rpms. And here is the real ***-kicker, it doesn't do it all the time, sometimes, it runs great with no problems. I can rev it up and the idle drops right back down where it's supposed to. Any ideas?

TPS, or temperature sensor.
