Idle problems

My idle is running very low. After driving and stopping the idle will drop to the point where my car dies if in gear. Sorry can't be more tech about it but if anyone is having the same problem or has a resolution to it, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Vaccum leak, perhaps?

Misfiring?

Dunno, anything else you can describe the problem with? Throw any CEL?

its your AIV, the little black box to the left of your power steering resivour, clean it. if you dont know how go to www.********** , click on FAQS and look for AIV. hope that helps

BTW, the weird diping idle is common on most 240s. i think this should be a sticky.
PEACE!
