engine problems plz help out!!!

Ok here it is.... i was having fun doing some donuts for about 10seconds when i heard some wierd noise coming from my engine bay. it sounded some knocking noises coming from my engine but that seemed to happen every once in awhile. i decided to stop and just head out. as i was coming home the noise got really loud, and i mean loud. it sounded like i had no oil in my valves and the pistons were scratching against the valve walls. i called a friend that knew about the stock ka24de motor and he said it might be the oil pump and another said that i might have lost a piston. i dont know what the hell happend so your response would help out alot. thx

Is it knocking all the time or is it knocking when you rev high just before shifting?

if it is knocking while reving you have a rod fixing to go or you spun a rod berring

more info on the problem

well it basically knocks really hard everytime. itll kinda go away while the car is idling but when i start to go it just gets really crazy. im not 100% sure but i checked my cars oil right after doing the donuts and the oil level seemed fine. after the engine started knocking really hard i checked the oil and it was really low. if it is a blown rod or spun bearing can i get it fixed and how much?

sorry to tell you but its a rod . if it stops at idle and starts at rev its a rod. but the good news is you do not have to buy a new engine just a short block you can get one for about 300 to 350 at a rebuilder or you can spend an assload and buy a new engine.
thats up to you. hope this helps
